What shall I do if your emails are routed to my SPAM folder?
The mere fact that an email is automatically directed to your SPAM folder does not necessarily mean that it actually is SPAM! SPAM filters often produce so-called false positives and mark legitimate emails as SPAM. You can be absolutely certain that our emails are not SPAM. What can I do to see all the images in your emails?
By default, most email clients and webmail sites block images in all emails you receive. All images are stripped from the emails and only the HTML message is shown. Especially for photography-related emails, this is not the best viewing experience. To see our emails in all their beauty, you can tell your email/webmail client to display images on a per-email basis or for all emails by email@example.com. The respective link or button is typically located immediately above the area that displays the email message.
How can I unsubscribe?
If you want to stop receiving our emails, you can use the Unsubscribe link that you find at the top left of each of our emails. It will take you two clicks, and we will never bother you again.
